How to Report a Bug
- Describe the issue clearly: Include steps to reproduce, expected vs. actual behavior, and any error messages.
- Provide screenshots or logs: Attach relevant screenshots, browser console logs, or network traces if possible.
- Share your environment: Tell us your browser, OS, device, and RediriQ account type (if applicable).
- Security issues: If your report is about a vulnerability, please do not disclose it publicly. Use this form or email security@rediriq.com.
- Be respectful and detailed: The more information you provide, the faster we can fix the issue.
