How to Report a Bug

  1. Describe the issue clearly: Include steps to reproduce, expected vs. actual behavior, and any error messages.
  2. Provide screenshots or logs: Attach relevant screenshots, browser console logs, or network traces if possible.
  3. Share your environment: Tell us your browser, OS, device, and RediriQ account type (if applicable).
  4. Security issues: If your report is about a vulnerability, please do not disclose it publicly. Use this form or email security@rediriq.com.
  5. Be respectful and detailed: The more information you provide, the faster we can fix the issue.

Allowed: PNG, JPG, PDF, TXT, LOG, ZIP (max 5MB each). Executable files are strictly prohibited.
